Warranty Coverage

All HAPPI SLEEP mattresses offer a 2-year, 5-year or 10-year pro-rated Limited Local Warranty (“Warranty Period”) against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The Warranty Period is only applicable within the country of purchase to the first customer. The customer shall provide the proof of purchase with the original receipt to HAPPI SLEEP. This warranty is non-transferrable.

The manufacturing defects will be inspected and verified by HAPPI SLEEP personnel to determine if the defects are covered under the warranty

The company may, in line with ongoing research and other conditions, only replace the defective parts instead of substituting a new mattress. In such case, the Warranty Period shall continue from the original date of purchase.

Any defective parts of the mattress removed during repair works will become our HAPPI SLEEP’s property.

Any manufacturing defect arising within the first year of purchase will be repaired without charges. However, all transportation fees will be borne by the customer.

If manufacturing defects occur after the first year, the customer will be charged for repair on a prorated basis based on 1/10th (10 Years Limited Warranty) of the current retail price multiplied by the number of years, plus transportation costs.
The manufacturing defects covered
within the Warranty Period include

Visible mattress concaves greater than 1½ inches or 3.8 cm resulting from flaws in manufacturing and not from normal wear and tear.

Any physical or structural flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

Manufacturing faults of coils or wires that are loose or broken and coils or wires that protrude or tear through any fabric not under the conditions of normal wear.
The manufacturing defects covered within
the Warranty Period do not include

Normal wear and tear;

Change of mind;
-
Personal comfort or satisfaction levels;

Body impressions that are considered a normal phenomenon of which the comfort layers have conformed to your body shape;

Damages, indentation, or sagging resulting from the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base;

Normal increase in softness of the foam, which does not affect the mattress’ pressure-relieving qualities;

Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws such as loose threads which do not cause structural defects;

Improper care or maintenance including (but not limited to) abusive or rough handling; negligent use; unsanitary conditions including burns, cuts, tears, stains, soiling, vermin infestation; improper storage that causes molding, damping, fabric discoloration; previously repaired by any party other than by HAPPI SLEEP or its authorised partners;

Floor, sample, clearance, and demo sets; products sold "as-is"; used mattresses; or that are not "new" or of "first quality", or that have previously been purchased or used by another customer;

Any defects other than manufacturing defects;

Misuse or negligent use, standing or jumping onto the mattress which may cause damage to the borders or frames of the mattress.

HAPPI SLEEP reserves the right to substitute parts of the mattress with material of equal quality, if identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement. This does not include minor manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the mattress, including but not limited to, the length, width, and height of the mattress up to a maximum of +/- 20mm variance.
The warranty will automatically become
void under these conditions

Intentional or willful damage to the mattress • Non-domestic, contractual or commercial usage (e.g. stock keeping, outdoor activities etc.)

Usage of an inappropriate bed frame such as wooden slatted base or foundation which does not provide sufficient support.

Issues caused by the immediate environment; e.g. humidity or damage caused by liquid penetration, cleaning, a high-powered vacuum cleaner or the use of cleaning agents.

Damage caused by natural disasters e.g. fire, floods, earthquakes and etc.
-
Damage due to repair or removal by unauthorised parties.
-
Damage caused from forcing the mattress through a narrow door, elevator, staircase, etc.
-
Storing, or using the mattress at a location other than the registered address.

Wool residue caused by electrostatic discharge or the use of a high-powered vacuum cleaner
Proof of Purchase
*The customer must keep a sales receipt or other proof of purchase, and must be able to provide copies of these documents upon submitting a warranty claim.
